All applicants 13 years and under must have a parent or guardian as a joint owner on their account and any application that is submitted by a child under the age of 13 will not be considered or retained. A joint signature is required on the completed application, along with a valid form of identification.
We also have collected important information and resources for parents. Do you want to teach your children how to control their spending? We do, too.
